HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTION

We are pleased to present the most complete line of 'V' Groovers for your consideration.

To enable you to buy from one source, we have everything available that you may need for your 'V' grooving operation.

Our machines are built to strict standards and are guaranteed for performance and endurance.

Should your requirements be such that standard machines will not do, we will be happy to work with you and adapt our machines to your specifications.

We build more 'V' groovers, with more "Special Variations" than anyone else.

Our Universal 'V' Groover is normally suitable for production levels of up to 300 to 350 casegoods per shift.

As a company reaches this level of production, the operation after lineal 'V' grooving is the gluing and folding of the grooved edge of the board.  This can be a difficult and time-consuming manual operation.  We have the best  Automatic Edge Folder and Gluer available.

Higher volumes for lineal 'V' grooving is the next step in the growth curve, with the purchase of our Automatic Lineal 'V' Groover.

Shops that are producing 700 to 1,000 casegood products per shift will configure a semi-automatic line consisting of our Automatic Lineal 'V' Groover linked together with our Automatic Edge Folder and Gluer.   The Edge Folder and Gluer will use cold glue (PVA) and hot-melt in combination and the products will be set aside for 3 to 4 hours to allow the glue to cure.  The cross 'V' grooving will then be done with a Automatic Reciprocating Multi-Head Cross 'V' Groover.

Companies with a volume over 1,000+ casegood products per shift will need to consider our fully Automatic 'V' Grooving Line which consists of The Automatic Lineal 'V' Groover, the Automatic Edge Folder and Gluer and our Automatic Continuous Multi-Head Cross Groover.   With this line, you need one operator to load and one to offload the workpieces at the outfeed. A third person, a set-up man,  refills the glue tanks and oversees the full line.  This trio provides a very low manpower cost which can be reduced further by using optional automatic infeed and outfeed units.

"Over the 25 years, I have purchased 6 'V' Grooving machines from you, all of which are in full production to date.  A great deal of our success in the loudspeaker manufacturing is due to the purchasing and use of your sturdy, reliable, easy to operate and maintain 'V' Grooving machines."
