LG-2-SS-FT Lineal 'V' Groover

LG-2-SS-FT AUTOMATIC DOUBLE HEAD LINEAL 'V' GROOVER WITH FLOATING TABLE

The Automatic Lineal 'V' Groovers are the machines of choice for those solid surface fabricators that are only doing traditional fabrication jobs, like countertops, vanities, window sills... anything that has an edge build-up.

The LG-2-SS is like having 2 'V' groovers in the footprint of one. With two cutting heads, you can mount the standard 'V' cutter on one head and the coving backsplash cutter set on the other head. Then with the flip of a switch, you can go change and forth without any other set-up time.

The LG-2-SS allows you to make cuts up to 15" in from the edge of the material, all the way around the sheet if needed. This model comes fully equipped with 2 independent digital readouts for each head positioning, and 2 separate dial indicators for depth control, and the automatic taping unit is built right into the table.

The Automatic Hydraulic Feeder is a special design that allows you to run different thickness' of materials one right after the other without any adjustment needed to the machine.

The LG-2-SS-FT model is fitted with the floating table. This allows the operator to make the end cuts with finger-tip control, eliminating the need of a skilled or experienced operator to hold the 12' long, heavy piece of solid surface 90 degrees to the cutter.
