ST-SS-2-FT AUTOMATIC LINEAL 'V' GROOVER

FOR NATURAL AND ENGINEERED STONE

PLUS SOLID SURFACE

The patent pending, ST-SS-2-FT is an evolution of the LG-2-SS-FT and comes complete with special diamond cutters we designed, a specially designed "DRY" cooling system and a high volume extra fine vacuum system with "hepa" filter that makes for a dustless cutting environment.

We ‘V’ groove 1.2 cm and thiner natural and engineered stone at approximately 8.5 lineal feet per minute and 2 cm stone at about 4 lineal feet per minute. This revolutionary new system of cutting does not use water. As mentioned, we are using a super efficient high vacuum that removes the dust and silicates, using a cyclone and then the exhaust air is cleaned in a hepa filter. The cut is clean and dry ready for the 2 part epoxy and then the edge round-over and polishing.  This eliminates double handling and the drying time delay.

 

Using traditional methods, it takes 45 minutes to fabricate 1 meter (3 feet) of stone countertop. Since implementing the Auto ‘V’ Grooving stone ‘V’ groover, we take only 15 minutes to fabricate 1 meter of stone.
